COVID-19 Policies

It is no longer necessary for audiences to wear masks during performances. Masking will be optional for all Metropolitan Opera House performance audiences. Audiences who wish to continue to wear masks are, of course, welcome to do so. We also continue to ask that if you are suffering from cold-like symptoms, you please stay home.While American Ballet Theatre strongly recommends vaccination against COVID-19, proof of vaccination is not currently required for entrance to performances and public programs in Metropolitan Opera house.
