RESIDENT ADVISOR/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Madeline Malak grew up in Grass Valley, California, and lived there for 12 years. She trained primarily in ballet at a local dance studio before joining her high school’s advanced dance program. There, she had many performance and leadership opportunities. Madeline had the chance to attend an audition hosted by the Regional High School Dance Festival where she was then accepted into the Joffrey Ballet School’s summer intensives. She attended JoffreyRED hosted by Josie Walsh in 2022. Now, Madeline is a first-year dance major, pre-BFA, at California State University, Long Beach. Madeline loved working with children and has taught many dance classes to kids in local areas. She had such a wonderful time when she attended Joffrey as a student and wants to create the same experience for the upcoming students attending Joffrey this summer.
