Matt Borchers, originally from Saint Louis, is grateful to be on the rewarding, never-ending journey of becoming a “New Yorker.” Aside from performing, he’s found a new joy in teaching and judging, as it’s a homecoming to his competition roots. With a background in rhythm tap, ballet and jazz technique, Matt strives to bring style, musicality and performance quality to his work and therefore, his students. He has taught in several studios across the tri-state area, as well as judged for Beyond the Stars, Precision Arts, and Dance Masters of America.
