Mike Zwahlen
Mike Zwahlen has been a teeterboard artist in Cirque Du Soleil’s Mystere since 2017, but his performing career began long before that, at the age of 18. Right out of school in the UK, Mike booked his first job as a featured acrobat in the Batman Live World Arena Tour and has been fortunate enough to be working ever since, whether on cruise ships, in theme parks, or in theater shows. Mike began his training as a gymnast at the age of 4 in Switzerland. At the age of 10, he moved to England where he started to train trampoline at the Hull High Fliers Trampoline Club, going on
to become a national and international trampoline and double-mini competitor. Mike’s Cirque journey started with a general acrobat audition, after which he was invited to a teeterboard PPP (performance preparation program) in Montreal. That ultimately brought him to Las Vegas and Mystere, where he now gets to perform with his wife, who later joined the cast as a singer. Outside of work, Mike enjoys rock climbing, scuba diving, skiing and snowboarding, and spending lots of time with his three dogs here in Las Vegas.
