We will do our best to accommodate your requested date and time based on current availability. Please note that payment is required to finalize your request after the rental team has accepted it.

Manhattan Studio Rental Information

The Joffrey Ballet School, Manhattan, offers over 18,000 square feet of facilities in New York City, including multiple restrooms and changing facilities. We provide single, multiple, and long-term rental agreements. The 6th Avenue location features six studios ranging from 1050 square feet to over 2200 square feet. Pricing depends on the size and duration of the rental.

Studio Rates

• Studio 1: 1200 sq. ft - $80/hour
• Studio 2: 1200 sq. ft. - $80/hour
• Studio 3: 1485 sq. ft. - $100/hour
• Studio 5: 1050 sq. ft. - $70/hour
• Studio 6: 1800 sq. ft. - $120/hour
• Studio 7: 1570 sq. ft. - $100/hour

Hours of Rental

• Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 9:00 pm
• Saturday: 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
• Sunday: 9:00 am - 9:00 pm

Weekly and monthly rental terms are available.

Subsidized rates for non-profits, community, and cultural projects are available. Please inquire directly with the rental manager.

Long Island City Studio Rental Information

The Joffrey Ballet School, Long Island City, offers over 15,000 square feet of facilities, including multiple restrooms and changing facilities. We provide single, multiple, and long-term rental agreements. Pricing varies based on the size and duration of the rental.

Studio Rates

• Studio A: 1156 sq ft - $30/hour
• Studio B: 1350 sq ft - $35/hour
• Studio C: 1008 sq ft - $30/hour
• Studio D: 1008 sq ft - $30/hour
• Studio E: 1500 sq ft - $40/hour
• Studio F: 1300 sq ft - $35/hour

Hours of Rental:

• Monday - Sunday: 9am - 9pm

Weekly and monthly rental terms are available.

Subsidized rates for non-profits, community, and cultural projects are available. Please inquire directly with the rental manager.

Studio Policies

• Studio must be left in the same condition as when the renter arrived.
• We are not responsible for any lost or forgotten items.
• Turn off lights, sound system, close all windows, and ensure the studio door is closed.
• No food or drinks other than water are allowed in the studio. All bottles must be discarded in trash cans provided in the studio or lobby area.
• Regular street shoes are not allowed in the studio.
• Absolutely no hip-hop, tap dance, or shoes with metal nails or soles in any of the studios.
• Absolutely no rosin is allowed in any of the studios.
• No inappropriate activities are permitted in the studio.
• The security system must be armed correctly upon exiting the facility if you are closing. A $100.00 fine will be assessed for each security system infraction.
• We reserve the right to move your booking to a different studio or time with a 1-day notice to the renter.
• The renter shall not use any “Joffrey” wording in their advertising or marketing other than to reference the location of the studios. It must be labeled as “Joffrey Ballet School.”
• We reserve the right to amend these policies with a 14-day written notice to the renter.

Rental Request Policy

Friendly Reminder: All rental requests require a minimum turnaround time of 24 business hours. We cannot guarantee accommodation for requests made with less than 24 hours' notice or on weekends.

Additionally, all rentals are considered pending requests. Without confirmation and payment, no rentals are confirmed. We request that renters do not arrive at any location without first receiving confirmation and completing the payment.
